If it were mine I would go ahead and replace the fuel pump relay, its behind the glove box. You can access if from cover plate that is inside the back of the glove box itself and is an easy replacement, just pull the old one and plug in the new. It should not cost much, 10.00 or less. And if that does not fix the problem the next place I would look is the ignition switch itself.
