smoke, smoke, and more smoke

I've searched thouroughly and i think i've come to the conclusion that i either have a shot head gasket, bad turbo, or valve stem seals. My car blows a lot of white smoke, especially at boost/right after boosting. Took my radiator cap off, coolant looks a bit cloudy and there is a bunch of oil on the bottom of the cap. That leads me to believe head gasket. The car smokes a lot more at boost, which i think could be the turbo also. Valve stem seals are old as shit and probably need replaced. The smoke smells like burnt radiator fluid. Sometimes it smells like i'm burning oil. Damnit! I JUST put in a new tranny/clutch. Not even a week and a new problem arrises! Why me!? Looks like i'll be in the garage for quite some time, yet again. This will be my first time ripping the head off. No worrys, i know what to do I'm going to replace the timing belt, balance shaft belt (maybe even eliminate those suckers), new tensioner, new water pump, and anything else that might need replacing and clean up that side of the motor (any oil/grime on the block, etc). Soooo. Before i actually start ripping the head off, anyone want to give any input? Any useful tips, or other ideas of what could be causing my car to smoke?

Thanks.

Steve
