I wanna know how to get the door panel off without damaging it

Unscrew the door lock knob. Behind the door grab handle there are 2 tabs. Pry them out and remove the T-20 torx screws inside. Remove the trim around the door release handle by prying out and forward towards the front of the car. Then starting at the bottom, pull off the door panel and continue up the sides till all the clips pop out.

and i would like to know the wattage the front tweeters and the back kickers have and also what kind of after market stuff i can get for the audio system without ripping somthing out i want to keep it looking stock but have nicer speakers and possibly a sub box in the back any ideas on that?

Each of the 4 corners of the car gets 15w from an amp located in the drivers side rear fender. But it's not that simple because the crossovers are built in to the amp, and the front speakers are all wired seperately coming out of the amp. If you wanna just replace the speakers, the most popular drop-in replacements are Infinity, Boston Acoustics, and MB Quart. The car takes a 5-1/4" woofer up front, and 4" in the rear.
There is no output for an amp/sub setup, so you have 2 choices. First, you can replace the stock amp with a multichannel amp that has speaker level inputs. Or you can just replace the head unit with one that has extra outputs for your sub amp. You can get more complex than these 2 choices of course, but they're the 2 cheapest ways to acheive what you want to do.
