Body control module controls the items you mention. May be going bad and need replaced. Your vehicle is old enough you should be able to find a used on from a wrecking yard. You will need to know the options of your vehicle to find one. Much cheaper than a dealer. Also, once you find yours pull the wires out and clean the contacts. May correct the porblem without needing to puchase a new one.
