There are a number of things that may cause this. Here are a few to check:

1. Your front right tire may be bad and or out of balance or uneaven treadwear. Try and rotate that tire with another one to see what happens.

2. The alignment shop should have cought this, but you could have a bad ball joint on that side or a loose strut tower.

3. Front right brake caliper may be sticking partially closed.

4. Bad alignment, Take it back and tell them its still pulling to the right.
