You're best off with aftermarket heads. Even a good set of GT-40p's off an explorer is far better than home-ported E7's, or even E7's with some home porting and big valves. Save up for some Edelbrock, Twisted Wedge, or AFR aluminums.

By LT's he means Long-tube headers. Foxbody's are pretty easy to work with for LT's, and there are several on the market.
