I have no idea what the text says, but for pearls they're all basically the same:
1) Paint base color
2) shoot clearcoat mixed with pearl powder
3) shoot clear
For the average airbrush jar I'd try a ratio of one jar of clear to 1/2 scoop of the pearl and test it on something, preferably a lightbulb or something as curvy to make the pearl effect more noticeable. Some pearls are so strong you only need to scoop it with a flat end of a toothpick, but seeing that your set came with the spoons I'd guess it needs more. It's all about the effect you're after.
