Poor Lad, your engine is prone to blowing head gaskets, and you should get the head examined since they are often cracked.

It's an easy job to do, you just need basic hand tools and a torque wrench.
Look before you remove any bolt since not much actually needs removing for that job.
You don't have to remove the intake manifold, water pump, timing cover, and you might not have to remove the exhaust manifold depending on how hard it is to unbolt from the exhaust pipe.

If the 2.5L is a direct bolt in it might be an option, since those motors are so reliable
