I understand you're getting power, but if you can get to the battery, unplug it for a few minutes (this will reset the C) and then plug it back on making sure that everything is properly connected & tighten and try starting it then. Also check all fuses, esp. the ENGINE related ones and replaced those as needed. However, with this car being a 2002 w/mileage @ or around 55k miles, it's too early to be experiencing these problems, so you may ultimately may need to take it back to the dealership. Esp. if by chance you got some warranty on it.
