So then my one question has to be, why didn't you keep him updated on everything? Why didn't you just tell him about all the problems you were having? And when all this was going on why didn't you step into the board and defend yourself? Because you were on several times during the whole ordeal.
Edit: I'm gonna leave this open for now, if this ends up getting out of hand i'm closing it immediately.
