If it's not your TPS, then it could be your MAF, or your IAC motor (but that would only be noticable during idle). So if replacing your TPS doesn't fix it, trying buying a new MAF sensor unit. Your TPS plugs into the side of your throttle body. It is a common problem for TPS's to get water inside the housing and cause a faulty throttle position reading.
