i think we all have good points, but im still sticking with my idea..lol. if someone could buy a plot of land and make a 1/2 mile strech of road, the "membership fee" would only help pay for maintainance of the road (repaving, pot holes, etc) i never said it would be an outragous amount... especially if you only charge $15 a month of unlimited use. say you got 100 kids to pay that, thats 1500 a month in membership fees which is 18000 a year... not bad if you ask me... and ofr unlimited use a month.. id pay it... and part of the membership agreement would be a release of liability... i think its not such a bad idea..

And King...Thanks, i had to get special permission from the artist to get it... and i guarentee its one if not the only one like it...
