I dont know what part stores are in your area, but here in Oklahoma I would suggest Autozone, Napa or O'Reilly as places to get the heli coils.
Of course a machine shop supply store would be able to give you more information on how to do the process if you have never done it before.
I am sure you know to go slow with the tap and back it out often when threading the hole for the heli coil and use lots of lubrication while doing it
