I am a bit suspicious as well. Ive gone up to 110 kph in 2nd in my car, but it has gearing much more sutible for highway speeds, while still having the torque to get me moving off the line. I dont know any cars that would be able to do that with a 2L. Even if the gearing was such so that it would allow you to run up to 110 in 2nd, it would be
VERY slow off the line, with the gearing that would be required, you would need more torque to get you moving than most 2L's put out.
Im not saying its not possible, cause I dont really know much about the Commodore's, but it does seem a bit unlikely.
