Sice i´m also from Sweden, i can clarify:
It´s not unlegal to
drink when you´re under 18. But you have to be 18 to be served at a bar, and 20 to buy it yourself at those special stores.
When your 16 you may practice driving ( when i took my licence in `92 the limit was 17,5 years of age.) and 18 to take the licence and drive by yourself. The same goes for motorbikes over 125 cc, wich you have to be 16 to drive ( and get a special lightweight bike licence).
And then i think it´s 21 to drive larger lorrys and bigger motorbikes ( 750cc and more i think..)
