Not quite sure what you are asking here. OBD II is a system of sensors and software that monitor performance.

I'm guessing you have a SES on, and want to clear it and see if it comes back on?

Pulling the ECM fuse(s) for about 15 minutes or so should do it. That allows the soft memory to power down and loose the code that is set and is triggering the light. If you can, I'd go to AutoZone and have the code(s) read before you clear it, so you know if the same one comes back or not.

Are you having some specific problem, or just a light on?
