Follow up:
After doing some looking around on here, and other internet sites, i tried removing the ign. module under the plug cover in between the cams, I found that there's a small ground strap that goes under a peice of plastic that's bolted to the cover, it appered from signs of arching that the strap wasn't grounding all the time. I cleaned up all the connections, moved the ground over a bit and re-assembeled, it seems to be ok for now, but i'm still keeping an eye on it, my theroy is that somehow without proper grounding voltage was feeding back to the turn signal relay. if something else happens i'll post here again. hope this might help if anyone else might have this problem
