R/T TT questions

Alright, so I've been looking around for a vr-4, preferably in the ~100k mileage and ~10k pricerange. I found one a while back, a '92 with 89k for 10 grand, but I didn't have hte means to afford it until my new job kicked in. I am going on the new job now, and making the money I'd like to be, so I started up the 3/s search again. I found a '92 dodge stealth r/t tt with 12k on a new engine/transmission, timing belts and waterpump were all changed at the same time. The suspension was reworked 30k ago, and the original engine was swapped out at 122k. So the body has about 135k on it, the suspension is 30k, and the engine is 12k. It has a K&N Filter, and greddy profec b boost controller, only taken to the track once, where it ranged between 12.9 and 13.1. Car has been owned for the last 3 years by someone who used to be a detailer, and is now a student and doesn't get much time to drive it. The price on it is 6500, which is right on the bluebook (Car has also never been wrecked/totaled). My question regarding all this is, are there parts which haven't been replaced which need to in order to consider this car 'young', and secondly, is the bluebook accurate since this car is actually 135k old, not 12k.

Nextly, when I was first looking at the vr-4's, I asked my insurance about them. They said that they would insure me only because it was an older car (not sure whether they meant because it's 1st gen or if they meant because it's a '92), and the cost was only going to be about another 10-20 bucks per month for me. I have since been in a fender bender where the repair cost for the other person in the incident was less than 1500, and hte only injury was a back strain from tensing up right before the collision. My damages were repaired by myself for ~35 bucks (busted strut, thanks u-pull-it!). When my agent first looked at the situation, since the car is a class 24 "high performance vehicle", she said they probably wouldn't insure me (this is my agent speaking, not my insurance company). This is the same thing my agent told me last time about the '92 vr-4, but she ended up wrong there. Will that fender-bender change the outcome? I have no tickets, and just the one ding on my record. I'm 21 years old btw. Anyone know the answers to these questions?
