Well I just finished my Ferrari... third model i've airbrushed, and the first I've polished and actually got a halfway decent paint job. Model Masters Italian Red enamel, no clearcoat (probably bad idea). The fitment of the model was the best I've seen yet (although thats comparing it to all revell models - only tamiya model I have is in the very beginning stage of painting). Unfortunately, it started spiraling out of control when I started putting in the windows... The windshield didn't fit the body properly, and the side windows showed how deformed the doors are. The hood, engine cover, and doors look fine when they are open, but as soon as they are closed nothing really fits right. Its a big dissapointment especially considering I started painting the engine and stuff probably close to two years ago even I haven't worked on it a whole lot...
Oh, in that second picture, the passenger's side door is shut and in the latched position. That's how deformed the model was.
