Um, rear fogs are mandatory in Europe and if they weren't legal in the States, then the Europeans wouldn't be allowed to sell cars here with them. So there!!! :finger: Oh, and none of my lights are more than 55W and the rear fog is 35W.
The real reason I got it is because the taillights on the X are pretty weak. In heavy rain, fog, or in dust, you can't see the back of the Xterra even up close because the rear lights don't have enough to break through. The rear fog will allow better visibility of my truck by other motorists or club members on trips.
Someone's jealous.
