Fuel injector cleaning

Hey there, this is pretty much just a new thread about what I was asking in a previous one, so I figured I'd keep them seperate. Anyway, here is my question...
I went and found the 3m fuel injector cleaner that someone suggested. However, they said the kit for it would cost me around 400 bucks? Yet, of course, the can only costs about 18 bucks... blah, Seems a bit crazy, so I was just wondering if anyone has made any homemade jobs and all that, and could make any suggestions...
Also, would you think that a simple air conditioning recharge thing would work good? I don't know whether or not it would fit onto the can, but there would be no way to regulate the pressure... Not really sure if that matters that much, but figured I'd ask anyway.

I figure I would need the following:
1. 2 high pressure fuel hose, about a foot in length.
2. A pressure gauge
3. A valve to regulate the pressure (assuming it would probably be somewhere before the pressure gauge, and probably right)
4. Some sort of valve stem to puncture the can and allow the contents of the can to flow into the fuel hose.
5. Last but not least, an adapter to fit into the fuel rail.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
