Question Splitfire Triple Platinum: Any good?

Don't get me wrong guys. I know enough not to expect substantial (or even minimal) power gains from these plugs. What I wanna know is are they more reliable than 2-electrode types and will they last really long? I've been surfing around, and the opinions seem mixed.

By the way, these plugs have a fine-wire center electrode, a platinum plate/knob/something on each of the two side electrodes, and fetch around US$30 for a set of four (hmm, that's kinda cheap for Triple Platinums, isn't it? ).

NGK platinums are sadly hard to come by where i come from , so any opinions, experiences, suggestions, and/or violent reactions on the above would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Peace.
