The Revell saga goes on; Bought a ī31 Mod. A sedan the other day at my LHS. When drooling over the parts i noticed that the body was heavily warped in its longitudal axis and the area behind the right door was warped inwards.
So the next day i took the complete box and content with the receipt and talked to the staff. "Looks kinda crooked" one said..
It all was solved within 5 mins. they opened a new box,and we swapped the bags that contains the body. "Weīll send it back" they said with a smile.
Thatīs customer service!
But Revell, you should not throw in parts that havenīt cooled down properly
