92 Si Hatchback Gauge Cluster????
Hi, I own a 92 CX Hatchback and was planning on purchasing an OEM gauge cluster from a 92 Si Hatchback. I know that it's a simple plug & play installation, but I also wanted to know whether or not I can roll back the mileage back to zero or how to do it if possible. My friend told me that it's illegal to do so. Any help would be great. Thanks.
