I've already done the whole disassembling of the rear seat, used a freaking CROW BAR to get off the plastic board (only broke one clip), managed to destroy one of the fuzzy screws, and had all sorts of other fun along such lines...
Since I'm now running a good deal more power (I now have a powered head unit in addition to the rear amps) to the rear deck, I tend to get a little carried away with the volume at times. I blew out the stock speakers with the stock HU, and now the 652i's are crackling with the DEH6300. At this rate, I think I'll be glad I have a 2-year policy for the speakers!!!

I just think that it'll be MUCH easier to replace the speakers with the grilles easily detachable, and having direct access to the speaker itself for removal.
