Ususally when cars are flooded they are totaled. If the water is high enough it can rust all the wires and connecters in the car. Basically every wire is trash after that point. If your amp isnt working you need to see if the radio got wet, the RCAs, power and ground rusting....etc. A flooded car may be a total loss.

Nah water only got to the bottom of the seats and it has already been repaired and I already fixed the amp...simple problem of when the shop put the interior panel on that runs by the drivers seat they crimped the amp wire under it and it had bare wire showing so I taped it up and re ran it popped a new fuse in a now it works
