Per my service manual on the 2003, it looks pretty easy. There's a plastic splashguard below the radiator that you can remove to get access, then there is a torque convertor cover that is held on by 3 screws. Then the starter is held on by two more screws. Don't forget to write down your presets and always take off the negative battery cable first. That way if your wrench touches the frame, you're not completing a circuit.....good luck, Glen
