I think you missed the point of the question. At factory settings the rear end sits considerably higher than the front. Ill try to clear up what I am asking, to lower the car and make both ends even w/ eachother would the rear spring be a little shorter. Also why is the rear so much higher than the front. It just looks so goofy. The neons competitors like the protege, civic etc. don't have that goffy ride height.
