I didn't strip the helicoil the second time around. If that was the case I would just install another helicoil. I stripped out the metal casing that the helicoil needs to hold on too.
I really didn't apply that much pressure when I tightened it the second time it stripped. I quess that sense you didn't reply to the question about using the jb weld to solve the problem I am just going to assume that it isn't worthy of your reply because it won't work.
Is there any good places online that sell threading inserts. I found a sight that had what I am looking for but it has a 25$ minimum order on it. It is just an insert that is m12 on the outside diameter and m8 on the inside diameter.
