I do understand that Dupont has always claimed that there was zero benefit to adding Teflon to engine oil,and Teflon is a solid not a liquid and can be only made so small,so it could potentially plug oil filters/oil passageways.Briggs and Stratton also did testing and found that Slick 50/Duralube and others actually adds engine wear and doesnt reduce it.However,from my personal experience I havent seen these negatives firsthand.
