Have you replaced your ignition switch yet? they are a real problem on 97s and are potentially dangerous. A bad ignition switch can cause alot of strange problem such as numerous strange transmission codes and intermittently cutting out (where the vehicle just completely shuts off for no reason).
The Bank 2 too rich can be many things. Whens the last time you had a tune up?
There was a recall on the front wiper motor. I hope the dealership did it for you for free.
