Completed - Honda S2000. Lots of Pics. 56K beware.

Just recently completed my Honda S2000, was waiting for some flocking, and it arrived today, and seeing as I’m on Holiday today, had a go at completing this model car. Not as hard as I thought it would be to flock the interior floor pan. Came out pretty well as it was the first time I’ve done this. A few shots of the interior before I installed onto the model, so you can have a good look.

The rest are pictures of the car with the roof up or down, and without the soft-top installed, the hardtop roof doesn't sit too well, I think it's best to glue it down, so mine is just resting on the car - hence the small gaps. The car is sprayed with Tamiya TS Camel Yellow, VERY hard to lay down correctly, as it pulls away from the panel lines if applied to wet. Managed to get it right by laying down many mists coats, leaving for a few days, and then applying the wet coats, came out good in the end. Interior is a mix of flat, satin, semi gloss and gloss blacks. Picked out a few details, flocked the carpets with a mix of black and gray flocking, sprayed the roof satin black, and polished and then waxed the entire car, no clear coat was applied. Car does have a few mistakes, the progress thread http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=424897 will tell you about these.. Enjoy the completed model.

And finally a shot of the underchassis – and that is it. My Honda S2000, the model I’ve built of the exact car I want to buy. Many thanks for looking.
