"Like new" maybe a bit of a stretch but yeah, it should get back into good running condition again. Given the low miles you stated, it should be as close to new as you are ever going to get for the money you spent. But don't be too surprised if you have to fix a few things. When I bought my engine, the IAC valve was broken and had to be replaced. Other than that it was in good condition but since I was building the engine anyway I have pretty much replaced everything on it top to bottom. I can't see you having to do that but if you wanted to spend a few hundred extra to replace the timing belt, tensioner and all that other stuff that usually comes with a 60k mile kit then now is the time to do it. In my mind it's money well spent because JDM motors usually have been sitting for a while.
