Fuse #2 in the power distribution center (next to the battery) should be a 15 amp according to my wiring diagram. This fuse is in the power wire to the switch side of the auto-shutdown relay. It supplies power (when the key is on) to the fuel injectors and ignition coil. There is also a connection to the alternator in there too (power to the field circuit I believe).
When you check the harness and connections, you are looking for a dark green wire with an orange tracing stripe that connects to the coil, injectors and alternator.
Sounds like a possible coil problem, a wiring harness problem, a bad injector or the brushes/rotor/voltage regulator in the alternator....
