That IS a stupid quesion! Haha, just kidding. If you dont know, then it would be confusing. But Ferrari owns Maserati. It goes:

Fiat (also owns Alfa Romeo)

Ferrari
-
Maserati

In that order. Its a good question with a simple answer.
