Fortunately, no. Mr. Valentine has my back. "Verified", only because I know my gauge is accurate and I know what the needle was pointing at... Some people will "estimate" what their car can do and report that as a "real" number even though they've never actually been close. It was still pulling at 150, but that was about all that was in her. 152 TOPS. Of course, there is probably +- 5 mph error in the reading at that speed. I attribute much of the additional top end to the lower wetted frontal area because of the lower stance. Of course, the Xcal also helped.
