what exactly are your mods, i see you have a bov, but i'm not sure what a UICP is.
Basically, if he is 100% stock and he's anywhere near a decent driver, being a 1st gen, he'll be running very low 14s in the 1/4.
If he just pops his hood and pulls the restrictive nipple out of the boost solenoid, he'll be up to 2nd gen boost levels and he'll be closer to a mid 13 second car if he can drive anywhere decent.
If he throws on a boost controller and goes up to 14 PSI and throws on an open intake and can make a good launch, then your looking at a high 12 second car.
As far as TSi's, i've seen them run anywhere between low 15s and 12s on the 14b turbo, depending on mods and driver.
Now, from what i have seen here, i've seen a TSi AWD run a guy that i know stage 3 WRX non-STi from a stop. The TSi had headwork, 14b turbo, other stuff that i have no idea cause i didnt see under the hood, but he was spraying i believe a 75 shot on top of it. A stage 3 WRX is CAI, MBC @ 18 PSI, UTEC ECU, turboback exhaust, up-pipe, and upgraded topmount intercooler. Anyways, my point being the WRX pulled a couple cars on the TSi. The same WRX raced my friends stealth RT/TT with just an intake and MBC from a roll, and the RT/TT pulled a few cars.
Anyways, just letting you know my experiences. Better make sure he's 100% stock, if he is, and your a better driver, i think you'd be able to take him, but if he just goes BPU for less than $100 in mods, be prepared.
