a constant squeak could be the wear indicator making contact with the rotor, it's a small metal tab on the brake pad to worn you that it's time for a brake job, get them checked before you start to chew up your rotors.

if you dont feel any pedal pulsation or grinding your rotors are probably fine.

some rotors are fairly inexpensive so replacing them is the way to go.
