My wife and I took delivery of an '05 Denali XL and we love it with one exception. We have been having problems with the detail on the Nav DVD. We bought the car in Columbiana Ohio and could not find our address at home. Even the service manager (Todd, who is really good) couldn't find his home address 3 or four miles away. Some addresses on a street will come in, and others will not.
The answer we got from the dealer is that it is a GMC problem. We contacted GMC customer support and their only answer was to file a complaint with the BBB and go for arbritration. They also told us that there is supposed to be a new "upgraded" disc coming out this fall and we can BUY it when it is available. We love the car and even the Nav system when it works, but these responses have been totally unacceptable.
Has anyone else had these problems or does anyone have a solution?
