Okay checked that, nothing wrong their. The timing sprocket moves along with the belt, but like I said everything seems to go accept for the spark, and the plugs have a tiny bit of gas on their tips. I have new plug wires, new plugs, so we can rules those out. Maybe it is something to do with the distributor? I have never encountered this problem before, I have been looking through my haynes manual and nothing has caught my eye. If anyone else can think of something please post, thanks.
