I had some, and they suck. Handling with them is OK, I auto-X'ed with mine a couple times when I had them, but they are not that grippy. In the rain they are literally a safety hazard.

Just my here, but if you can't afford good decent tires for "17's you shouldn't be buying a wheel that big if you are going to do any performance type or driving that requires good handling. Just like suspension, you really do get what you pay for with tires as well, except in some very rare instances... Utimate handling tires like Advan A032R's or A048's cost a lot for a reason, and they only last like 8k miles at max too. The rare exception is Azenis Sports, or Azenis ST115's, both are very sticky tires, but inexpensive. Check those out for summer tires. The 711's are fine for a budget, but don't expect much from them... I threw on some 205/50 15 Yokohama ES100's to replace the 711's with, and a night and day differance, of course the Yoko's set me back almost $500 when all was said and done, that included road hazard coverage on them though. They are still about $100 a pop however, and that's just for "15's. $150 isn't anything for "17's, especially when Vipers use 335/35 ZR17 tires that run over $375 a tire!!
