I've got this noise coming from my left rear tire, so it seems it's coming from there. I can't hear it unless if my window is down and I'm cruising next to something, i.e. road barricades. And it isn't that loud. I can't hear it at high speeds, normally going 5-30mph. It isn't constant and keeps with the rotation of the tires/axles like something is rubbing. I don't think it's my brake, I probably should replace them anyways, but I've braked hard trying to lock up the brake and stop the noise but it continues as normal. Unless if my caliper is fucked and won't clamp down. I've looked all around the tire and it's not rubbing on anything. It's driving my nuts though

!!! any ideas what it could be? If you need more info I'll give the best I can oh..it doesn't wobble or anything while braking, it doesn't wobble during accelerating or cruising, it drives perfectly fine. Except when I get above 110mph hehe but that's only because of the tires.
Also there's one more noise that I'm not as scared about but I don't like it. I'll be cruising around 20 in the parking lot, let off the gas to turn the corner, then step on the pedal slightly again and I hear this clunk in the rear end. Is that normal wear of the gears or is that sound not supposed to be there?
It's a 98 Camaro Z28 stock rearend, rims, tires, everything. Due for a rearend oil change.
