Tighten the nuts from the inside out, in two steps. Don't use any lubrication. First to 16 ft*lbs, then to 23 ft*lbs. The pattern should be something like:
-6-4-2-7-
9-3-1-5-8

When you say first 16ft/lbs then 23ft/lbs, should i tighten all to 16 then all again to 23? or each individually 16 then 23. Next bolt and so on?
