Spray paints should be sprayed at room temperature, not when it's 8 degrees above freezing! They recommend at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit (don't know how many that would be in Celsius.) Cold air causes the paint to clump up and do other nasty stuff!

If you insist in spraying in such cold conditions, at least warm the paint can up by soaking it in hot water for a few minutes.
