You might want to inform GM engineering that they were not to have included a vacuum modulator in our vehicles because they did. It's a $20 aftermarket part that is easy to change. I can't comment on your claim that it's "a common problem that happens aroudn 115000 miles" but there isn't exactly a wave of complains about it here. Telling someone to sell a vehicle immediately when a $20 part may or may not fix a vehicle is just silly.
