The batt should be charged, buy one charger 15$. General charger takes one day to fully charge the batt.
Start with that. If no start, throw batt away, buy new 40$.
Start with that. Check voltage before and on running engine, multimeter 8$. New batt voltage is 12.5V [minimum], charge voltage 13.8V[minimum]. If charge voltage is lower, clean all Alt connectors, DIY, see the problems here - clic on this page:

If still no good charge voltage, replace Alternator.
