Ummm... 3500 would pay for the front clip... you would still need a driveshaft and unless you dont care about being ghetto - custom mounts, and then you'll want a prewired harness since the ghetto ones hardly work, and then you'll just have to ghetto rig the tach in.
that gets you 220-230 Wheel. add a downpipe and a boost controller and intercooler and you'll be in the 280 range
but that brings the total to a little over 5K for just the swap and 6500 for all the power making stuff.
for that much I'd just buy an S15 SR and do some boltons so the weight distribution isnt completely fucked.
