My Understanding Is That There Is A Door Per Say In The Unit That Directs The Air Flow And This Director ?? Is Called The Accuator And It Is Not Working. This Is What Causes The Clicking Sound.

Yes That Is What It Is. Do You Know Where It Is And Do You Think It Will Be Difficult To Replace??? My Son Removed The Panel Covering From Inside The Car But He Said That There Is Like A Black Box There, Where The Clicking Sound Comes From.
