If you throw a turbo on a stock engine.. then of course it's not going to hold up that long. But, if you build the engine up to withstand the new power addition, then it should be able to hold up without a problem. I like my V6. It gets good gas mileage and makes decent power for it's size. If I wanted poorer gas mileage and crap load more power that I wouldn't know what to do with, then yeah, I'd go get a V8 as well. But my goal here is to just see how much power I actually can get out of it. It's just too typical to go trade your sixer in for a V8. But, to actually beef your sixer to hang with a V8.. that'll make people say damn.
