I had a similar prob with my stock motor where the throttle pedal wouldnt go all the way up. I ended up figuring out that the spring on the throttle body got weak, I just removed it and trimmed about 1/2" or so off it, bent the end so it would hook to the body and it worked. It made the pedal come all the way up so I didn't have to pull it up with my foot. I hope that makes some sense

im starting to think my iacv might not be screwed up and maybe the throttle cable or spring.I Know im gonna jinx it now but so far so good.
